Serenity Sunday...week 67

When summer gathers up
her robes of glory,
And, like a dream,
glides away.

~ Sarah Helen Whitman
**Summer will officially ends on Thursday September 22nd when cozy Autumn moves in to take her place. The season of warm oranges, robust reds and rich ochres and chilly mornings arrives on September 22, 11:09 P.M. EDT according to the Farmer's Almanac. It's time to move in the corn stalks, pumpkins and mums and start the clean up for the upcoming fall/winter seasons. I know, I don't want to think about it either, but there it is...in orange and red...the season is just beginning to break the horizon...
Peace to all...Tami
PS...Those of you within ear shot...remember that the 'Fall Gathering of Friends' at THE COLONIAL HOUSEFITTER will begin at 11am on Saturday, September 23rd! For more information...check out the shop blog!
